What You'll Do
-
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as assigned, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.

Control vehicle, pedestrian, and contractor access in accordance with established site requirements, escalating unauthorized access attempts and unusual activity to appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Minimum Requirements:

At least six months of experience in a security-related role is required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
