As a Security Officer Part Time Customer Experience in Hollywood, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a healthcare location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations promptly. Pay Rate: $17.64 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeWed05:00 AM - 01:00 PM Fri12:30 PM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, patient care areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts when requested, and report unusual conditions or concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and maintain professional communication with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for roles.
• Guard card is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of security related experience.
• Must be able to various shift which includes holidays, weekends & night.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
