Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Pre-employment requirements:

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for various tasks, including but not limited to:
• Sending and receiving emails
• Utilizing software applications relevant to the position
• Navigating online platforms for training and communication
• During the interview process, candidates may be assessed on their ability to perform basic computer tasks.
• Customer Service Experience (B219)
• Candidates should possess prior customer service experience, which may include:
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Providing support and assistance to clients
• Demonstrating effective communication skills in a professional setting

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and customers while carrying out site-specific procedures and access control protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, delivery areas, and other designated access points; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
