Job Description

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Sheboygan Falls, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that acts with integrity.

Pay Rate: 21.63 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical or petrochemical location.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, production-adjacent areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Monitor visitor, employee, and contractor access in accordance with site requirements, maintaining accurate activity logs and reporting unusual conditions.

• Observe and report potential hazards, damaged barriers, unsecured doors, or suspicious activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
