As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Quincy, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer supporting a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in the job state. Pay Rate: $21.10 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or personnel at a commercial data center location while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, perimeter, parking areas, and critical infrastructure areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery or contractor entry in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
