Job Description
As a Security Officer Graveyard Patrol Alarm Monitoring in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while responding to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do
-
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial office building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.

Monitor access points, visitor activity, and contractor entry in accordance with property procedures, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and coordinate with property personnel and emergency responders as needed.

Prepare clear, accurate reports and shift documentation regarding patrols, incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related activities.
Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.

Possess a Guard Card or license, preferred.

Have alarm panel experience, preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
