Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Credential Desk in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badges, monitor entry activity, and provide professional customer service. You will maintain a visible presence, help deter security-related incidents, and communicate clearly with tenants, guests, and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel at a commercial real estate location while following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
• Monitor building entry activity, maintain accurate visitor and contractor logs, and report unusual activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and communicating with relevant contacts.
• Support front-desk operations by answering phones, receiving deliveries, providing general information, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Possess access control and badge experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
