Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Courtesy Services in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol garage areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist visitors with professionalism and clear communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and parking patrons by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, garages, entry and exit points, payment areas, and surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian access, observe parking operations, and assist with directing visitors to appropriate areas when needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
