As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Access Concierge in Campbell, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with visitors, tenants, and team members while helping maintain a welcoming environment. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, exterior spaces, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within the location, and assist with maintaining orderly movement of visitors, deliveries, and/or vendors.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
