Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Site Patrol Driver in Columbus, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier hospitality location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. DayTime Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location and surrounding perimeter, observing for unusual activity and potential hazards.

• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, guest, and vendor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures.

• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
