As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Readiness in Albuquerque, NM, you will protect clients in government facilities and related environments. As an unarmed Security Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to visitors and staff. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
