As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Emergency Preparedness Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site-specific procedures; report unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
