As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Customer Service in Warrensville Heights, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related situations with integrity and teamwork. Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thu 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, patient care areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and access-control procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
