Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Bicycle Patrol Driver in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help support a welcoming, secure environment at a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine foot and bike patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Join a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and/or patrol documentation.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding site conditions, incidents, and follow-up needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be able to ride a bike.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess a state, county, or city-issued security-related license, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
