Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Armed Patrol Response in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. • What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking facilities, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations.

• Maintain required firearms qualifications and follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and Allied Universal policies for armed posts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
