Job Description As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Unarmed Patrol in Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic retail location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with customers and team members, communicate clearly in Spanish and English, and provide exceptional service while supporting a welcoming environment. Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:30 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the store, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
