Job Description As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Patrol in Rialto, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a grocery-focused location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly in English and Spanish, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Wed 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Thu 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the grocery store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, observe deliveries and vendor activity, and report suspicious activity or unauthorized access according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site protocols.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
