What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Monitor and control entry and exit points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and delivery documentation.

Maintain accurate access control, visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.

Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
