Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Entry Screening in Berryville, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate access control, visitor, contractor, and incident records using applicable logs and/or electronic systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
