As a Security Officer Driver Entry Inspection in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor security-related activity, and deliver exceptional customer service. Maintain a visible presence, communicate professionally, and help deter incidents while supporting tenants, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule: DayTime Mon 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM Tue 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM Wed 05:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor access credentials, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support a professional lobby and access control presence while communicating clearly with site personnel, property management, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
