What You'll Do

Provide customer service to retail location associates, shoppers, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances, exterior walkways, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other policy violations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate with site management and public responders as needed.

Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
