Job Description
As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Center Driver in Sparks, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a utilities location, you will coordinate communications, document activity, monitor systems, and support response to security-related incidents. This driving position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while helping maintain a welcoming environment. What You'll Do
-
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Monitor communications, alarms, and site systems; document activity and relay relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, visitor or contractor information, and other dispatch records in accordance with site procedures.

Support regular and random patrol activity around utility operations and perimeter areas by tracking check-ins and reporting unusual conditions.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A Guard Card/License is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
