Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Driver Perimeter Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Armed Security Professional at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Carry and maintain assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policies, and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
