As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will respond to incidents, communicate professionally, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $24.16 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the financial institution location, including business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
