As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Incident Response in Smyrna, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter, with working conditions varying by location.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

• Carry assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies, applicable laws, and site requirements, and complete accurate incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.

• CPR certification is preferred.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
