You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.16 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and maintain awareness of visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
