As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. This driving role requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with site personnel, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of energy operations, buildings, equipment areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, document visitor activity, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of changing work environments and conditions at an industrial utilities location, escalating hazards, equipment concerns, and/or policy violations to site contacts as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
