About the Role Nestoil Group is seeking a Security Manager to lead and safeguard company sites within Nigeria, ensuring protection of lives, clients, personnel and equipment while complying with Nigerian laws. The role involves developing and implementing security processes, elevating department professionalism, and advising executive management on security matters. What You'll Do
- Develop security processes, document them into procedures, and implement
- Improve the professionalism of the security department in appearance, pride, and effectiveness
- Develop good working relations with JTF and military forces to enhance security of assets on-premises and at sites
- Ensure the required number of security operatives are employed and monitor their performance
- Supervise and coach subordinates; accountable for welfare and administration of security staff
