About the Role The Corporate Security Manager for the Northern EMEA region, based in Giessen/Linden, Germany, will lead security operations across the area, ensuring the safety of staff, assets, and operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading security operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead security operations for the Northern EMEA region, overseeing staff, assets, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures and manage security programs and incident response.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to assess risks and implement protective measures.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes and training to maintain a secure operating environment.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in leading security operations.
- Ability to operate in a multinational region (Germany + Nordics) and to be based in Giessen/Linden, Germany.
- Strong understanding of corporate security principles and risk management.
