Job title: Security - Leader Bank Pavilion
About the Role Leader Bank Pavilion Security plays a key role in venue safety and guest services during the concert season. This part-time position sits at the heart of the fan experience, screening guests, monitoring access, and upholding venue policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Shifts are primarily in the evenings for the May 2026–October 2026 season, with some daytime events, and evening availability is required.
What You'll Do
- Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including business partners and artists, in a professional manner.
- Screen guests and monitor venue access to preserve safety and order; respond to incidents as needed.
- Circulate among guests and staff to deter unsafe behavior and protect the venue property.
- Operate metal detector equipment and other security equipment as required.
- Collaborate with venue staff and law enforcement or security partners during events as necessary.
What We're Looking For
- Evening availability is required; ability to work during concerts and events May 2026–October 2026.
- Ability to operate metal detector equipment and other security gear.
- Professional and courteous representation of Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced live-event environment and focused on safety and guest service.
Compensation & Benefits
