As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Racine, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a retail location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors and employees with exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with site personnel. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Bring integrity, reliability, teamwork, and a caring approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.

• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.

• Document incidents, observations, and completed patrols in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
