Job Description

As a Security Guard Corporate Facility in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control and alarm response while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Tue06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Wed06:00 AM - 06:00 PM Sat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.

• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain professional communication with staff and guests.

• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
