Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.

• Minimum Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.

• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.

• An armed guard card or license is required.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
