Security Executive - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

The Hoxton Bengaluru City, part of ENNISMORE, is opening in the heart of Bengaluru in 2026 and is seeking a Security Executive to join the team. This role supports the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets, while upholding The Hoxton’s guest-focused service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, visitors and hotel assets
• Monitor all entrances, exits and public areas and conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, guest concerns and security-related situations in a professional manner
• Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarm panels and other security equipment, reporting any irregularities immediately
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, lost and found items and daily security activities
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors and local authorities as required
• Assist in investigations, risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimize operational risks
• Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional, courteous and discreet security services at all times

• Strong communication, observation and conflict resolution skills
