About the Role
Security Engineer role for GC information security at P&G, building AI Agent native security architecture to protect Greater China’s business innovation. You will develop Agent Governance Frameworks, Agent Red Teaming, and Autonomous Logic Security, and secure the Agent-enabled SDLC, including AI-generated code scanning, Agent execution monitoring, and Skill/Tooling integration security. What You'll Do

Build Agent Governance Frameworks, Agent Red Teaming, and Autonomous Logic Security.

Secure the Agent-enabled SDLC, including AI-generated code scanning, Agent execution monitoring, and Skill/Tooling integration security.

Ensure robust defenses across P&G's Agent platforms, MCP-based ecosystems, and automated workflows so intelligent entities operate within safe and compliant boundaries. What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.

Hands-on software engineering experience in Java, Go, Python, or other modern programming languages.

Strong experience in Cybersecurity, Application Security, Security Architecture, or Cloud Security.

Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Experience with security automation, DevSecOps, cloud-native technologies, AI security, or modern enterprise application security. Nice to Have

Familiarity with MCP-based ecosystems and automated workflows.
