- Partner with engineering teams to embed security into everything we ship and help establish secure-by-default practices.
- Shape how the company thinks about security as a practice and culture, working across teams to mitigate risks without slowing velocity.
- Write code to solve security problems, perform architecture reviews, and lead vulnerability management.
- Drive initiatives for compliance frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance to achieve certification.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to make security foundational rather than reactive.
- Thrive in Gamma’s in-office culture in San Francisco (4–5 days/week) with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, compliance) to embed security into products and processes.
- Demonstrated security mindset with ability to identify and mitigate risk without sacrificing velocity.
- Experience operating at scale and improving security posture through automation and tooling.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled security concepts and defending infrastructure using AI.
Nice to Have
- Cloud security experience at scale, DevSecOps focus, and automation.
- Prior security leadership or advisory roles influencing security as a practice.
- Experience with threat modeling, threat intelligence, and modern security tooling.
