About the Role A Security Dispatcher for the J Resort under Jacobs Entertainment will coordinate communications and incident documentation to support the Security Team at a full-service hotel-casino in Reno. This role ensures timely information relay and safety compliance to help maintain a secure guest experience. What You'll Do
- Coordinate a high volume of communication traffic
- Operate a telephone, two-way radio, and communicate clearly with security officers and emergency personnel as needed
- Document incidents in logs and track lost and found, prioritizing information for Security Officers
- Relay information accurately and calmly between officers and emergency personnel
- Assist in coordinating the activities of the Security department
