About the Role As a Security Cloud Solution Architect - Leader, you will oversee a team of cloud security solution architects, acting as the advocate for customers and partners. You will leverage insights to shape security strategies and coach the team to translate customer problems into innovative cloud security solutions. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the security cloud solution architecture team, ensuring customer/partner voices are represented in solution design.
- Leverage customer insights to drive proactive problem identification and translation into actionable security solutions.
- Coach and guide the team on innovative approaches to security architecture and delivery. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership of security or cloud solution architecture teams.
- Strong customer advocacy and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in cloud security, architecture design, and working with partners. Nice to Have
