Job Description

Ensure completion of daily production target and monthly target

Monitor KPI and take actions/ seek support in case of deviation

Drive BPS/LPC/ 5s in the shop floor
-
Co-ordinate with stake holders for completion of the work

Capacity planning & Resource Management
-
Coach supervisor and operator and motivation
-
Monitoring and reviewing standards in lines
-
Support TEF for tools, gauges, MAE spares planning & TPM
-
Driving continuous improvement in the shop floor

Supporting in implementation of new production and System CIP
Qualifications
Technical:
-
- Know-how of BPS

- Project management skills - Basics

- Hands on experience in machines and assembly process
Managerial:
