Job title: Section Head – Movement Disorders Neurologist
About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Movement Disorders Neurologist to serve as Section Head of Movement Disorders within our Neurosciences Institute. This leadership role blends administrative responsibilities with clinical care to shape and grow a comprehensive Movement Disorders program across a premier integrated health system serving the greater Chicagoland region.
What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a comprehensive Movement Disorders program across the integrated health system
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology, rehabilitation medicine, and advanced practice providers
- Expand clinical programming, research initiatives, and community outreach
- Participate in development of innovative care models and programmatic growth strategies
- Provide leadership support with a strong institutional commitment to neurosciences and quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Neurology
- Fellowship training in Movement Disorders required
- Demonstrated clinical excellence in the diagnosis and management of Parkinson’s disease, tremor disorders, dystonia, Huntington’s disease, and related neurologic conditions
- Prior leadership, program development, or administrative experience preferred
- Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical licensure
Nice to Have
- Experience leading program development or administrative initiatives; experience with research initiatives and community outreach (optional)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $275,000 - $600,000 per year, plus a stipend for section head responsibilities
