About the Role As Second Line Support Engineer, you will tackle complex technical issues beyond basic helpdesk, with a focus on software, systems, and IT integrations in healthcare environments. You will support hospital and healthcare customers, helping ensure stable and secure mission-critical environments. This role is software, systems, and integration-focused, not hardware or on-site field maintenance. What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues (primarily software and system-related) escalated from First Line or field teams.
- Work hands-on with Windows Server, SQL databases, and system/application integrations.
- Analyze recurring issues and support root-cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Record, classify, and manage incidents and service requests; communicate clearly with customers and manage expectations.
- Support SLAs and participate in structured on-call rotations and weekend duty.
- Contribute to proactive activities to ensure stability and continuity of systems. What We're Looking For
- Education in ICT, software engineering, biomedical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Practical experience or solid knowledge of SQL (troubleshooting and queries).
- Experience with Windows Server environments and customer support/helpdesk processes (preferably for applications/systems).
- Understanding of data security principles.
- Strong analytical and effective communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience in hospital or healthcare contexts.
- ITIL certification.
- Graduates with relevant practical experience.
