About the Role
As a senior member of HR Country Services (HRCS), reporting to the Head of HRCS - SAM, you will be the local HR representative for all employees in South Asia (India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & Nepal) and external stakeholders. This position is permanently based in Chakan, India.
You will drive HR programs and policies for SAM, balancing global standards with local regulatory requirements and providing leadership in HR across the region.
