- That you offer friendly, authentic, and personalized service to each of our FANS. Helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry isn't just a sale, it's an experience.
- That you know how to connect, listen, and understand what the customer is looking for. No AI can do that.
- That you collaborate with your manager and the rest of the team, contributing ideas, energy, and a willingness to help.
- Take care of the product, the point of sale, and every detail, because everything communicates.

- Ambitious and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Passionate about stories, emotions, and jewelry.
