About the Role Seasonal RN – Logan Health Chester is a 13-week seasonal role in a Critical Access Hospital and Emergency Department setting. You’ll apply your critical care nursing skills in a small Montana community, delivering quality patient care while supporting a tight-knit team. What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Critical Access Hospital and Emergency Department
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and respond to acute changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to ensure safe, effective care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For
- Critical care experience in any setting (ED, ICU, etc.)
- Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience a plus
- Current Montana or compact RN license
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required at start
- Independent, flexible nurses who thrive in rural environments Nice to Have
- Med/Surg or Long-Term Care experience is a plus
- Experience working in rural or small-community settings Compensation & Benefits
- 15% premium on base pay
- $1,000 bonus after 30 days
- $1,000 bonus after 60 days
- $2,000 completion bonus after the 13-week assignment
- Eligible for 401(k)
- Seasonal compensation with a full-time work schedule required for at least 13 weeks
