About the Role Seasonal, part-time MK Ambassador at our Vila do Conde location. You will represent the Michael Kors brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping drive store performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example as an MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Maintain floor and stock presence.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
- Use product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
- Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.
