Job Description:

This position pays $17.00 per hour.

Job Overview:

Operations Associates primary focus is to process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor, while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Back Stage Associates are also required to provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must be 18 years old to apply

• No Education or previous retail experience required

• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers

• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team

• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures

• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays

• M&M’S Mall of America is located on Level 1, East near the Rotunda of Mall of America, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in North America.
