About the Role Vibee, a Live Nation and Insomniac venture, seeks a Seasonal Fan Experience Concierge Coordinator in Las Vegas to support onsite and remote guest interactions during Vibee events. The role is hybrid, requiring in-person presence Thursdays–Saturdays with optional remote days, and involves greeting guests, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service toward one-contact resolution.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome fans, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued, and handle first interaction at Vibee event experiences; check in guests in person with an iPad and answer event-related questions.
• Work onsite in Las Vegas on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional travel to other onsite locations around the world based on availability and willingness to travel; remote hours during Vibee Concierge off-hours to answer inbound calls, emails, texts and chats.
• Manage various types of requests requiring different levels of troubleshooting, always aiming for one-contact resolution and exceptional service; requires use of a computer.
• Maintain a basic understanding of the artist, their career, and notable achievements to engage and inform fans, provided by Vibee producers and SMEs during training and updates.
• This position reports to the Concierge Manager, FX Staffing Manager and Director of Fan Experience.

What We're Looking For

• Highly motivated self-starter who embodies a passion for music and the live event experience; enjoys live events and thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries toward one-contact resolution; excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement, available to work onsite Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays in Las Vegas and able to travel occasionally to other onsite locations around the world; must be proficient with a computer and iPad for guest check-ins.
• Flexible hours up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum of 8 hours onsite per week, and the ability to work remote during off-hours.
• Willingness to learn artist knowledge and engage fans as part of the Vibee experience; reporting relationships to the Concierge Manager, FX Staffing Manager and Director of Fan Experience.
