About the Role Live Nation is seeking a motivated Seasonal Dishwasher/Porter to join our backstage catering team at Mystic Lake Amphitheater. This entry-level role supports the culinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced backstage kitchen, focusing on dishwashing, sanitation, and overall kitchen operations during events.
What You'll Do
- Dishwashing and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized per health regulations.
- Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff during meal prep between service periods, organize ingredients, prep vegetables, and ensure the kitchen is well-stocked for service.
- Waste Management: Implement eco-friendly practices, including proper disposal and recycling of waste.
- Inventory Assistance: Help with inventory management to ensure supplies are available for kitchen staff.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to keep operations smooth and positive.
- Food Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards; current food handler's card is required.
