About this role

Seasonal Barista

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.

You’ll be responsible for crafting quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, engaging service across our resort restaurants.

What you’ll be doing:

Prepare and serve quality coffee, specialty beverages and refreshments
Deliver friendly, efficient and personalised service to our guests
Multitask across coffee preparation, customer service and other service needs
Keep coffee stations, equipment and service areas clean, organised and well presented
Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining appropriate supplies
Support the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods
Assist with conferences, functions and special events when required
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
Contribute to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment

We’re looking for someone who brings:

Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similar environment
A genuine passion for coffee and hospitality
A friendly, outgoing personality and a natural ability to connect with guests
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality beverages
The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
A team-focused attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
