Seafreight Operator - Import
What will your functions be?
- Gestión completa de expedientes de tráfico marítimo de importación.
- Seguimiento de los tráficos y cargas de los clientes/cuentas asignadas.
- Resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones que puedan surgir durante el proceso de salida, envío y/o recepción de la mercancía de los clientes.
- Contacto directo y diario con proveedores, clientes y agentes.
- Prestar apoyo en cotizaciones y facturación.
What are we looking for?
- Experiencia previa de al menos 2-3 años en empresa transitaria y en gestión de tráfico marítimo de importación.
- Poseer formación en la rama Administrativa y/o de Comercio Internacional.
- Contar con nivel B2/C1 de inglés.
- Valorable experiencia previa en el manejo de CargoWise.
- Ser una persona con orientación al cliente, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
